The SBT Extreme is constructed of the highest quality Heavyweight Polypropylene Webbing with a thickness of 0.060 inches and a breaking strength of 675 to 1800 lbs. The unit consists of two (2) independent arms, each with a hand grip attached to one end and a Stainless Steel O-Ring on the other end. The ends with the O-Rings attach to a three (3) foot piece of Heavyweight Polypropylene Webbing that comes as the third component of the SBT Extreme System. This third piece, the "anchor" can be attached to any solid surface that is no higher than 9 feet from the floor where the two independent arms are looped through. The SBT Extremes' grips are constructed of the hardest compound we could test, PVC, coming in at a breaking strength point of 366.3 pound on each independent arm meaning that the product can hold a 600 pound load with ease! Encasing each PVC based grip is a hard, non porous rubber compound that withstands sweat therefore allowing for minimum wear and tear. Lastly, as an extension of the main arms, the SBT Extreme boasts an anatomical friendly ankle cradle / wrist wrap that can be integrated as part of the workout by using it as a support for the lower limbs or to add stability to an exhausted forearm during the performance of a pulling movement.
