Red Tag Fitness has been open in our current location since 2002 with our original Kamloops Rocky Mountain Fitness store opening in 1994. With 5000 sq ft. there is no shortage of selection for all your fitness needs. We are fully immersed in the community of Kamloops and involved in supporting amateur sport along with education, medical, RCMP, and fire protection groups. We take great pride in our community involvement supporting the community that supports us.

We have full time service technicians with an in house service bay along with full delivery and set up services. From start to finish, we are your full service fitness specialty choice for the Thompson/Nicola region.
