Shipping Policies

Shipping Rates

Shipping applies to ALL items unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges vary depending on size, weight, and ship-to address. Item price does not include shipping and applicable taxes for your province. 

Shipping charges are billed to the customers card on file AFTER THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED in order to determine the correct shipping amount, and will appear as a SECOND CHARGE on your credit card bill.

Returns

There is a 25% restocking fee for cancelled orders and return shipping will be paid by the customer. 

There are no returns on opened bodybuggs, heart rate monitors, free weights and any wearable items. 

Shipping Methods

When shipping products, we traditionally use Canada Post or Greyhound. If you have a prefered shipping method, let us know during checkout and we can try to accomodate this request.

Larger items (any cardio or strength pieces) will be shipped curb-side delivery via a large freight carrier.

Tracking Your Purchase

For all small items shipped via Canada Post or Greyhound, a tracking number can be provided for your convienence. Please contact us and we can provide the number for your reference.

Damaged Item?

If your item has arrived with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse shippment, and contact us at 1-888-828-6769. If your item is not as described, or not working as it should, please contact us and we will make arrangements to fix the problem.
